Commission Terms

Commission status: Closed
I offer commissions through Ko-fi, Twitter(X) DMs, and Discord.The artwork's original author is, and always will be, me.What you'll get:
a PNG file (transparent + with flat color or a gradient background). If you want any other file type, let me know!Will draw: OCs, fan art (if it's not prohibited by the rights holders), SIMPLE kemomimi/furry, simple mecha, suggestive art.WILL NOT draw: NSFW, complex furry, complex mecha, hateful/offensive theme, political message.Can't promise to draw well: old people, masc people, muscles, animals, realistic art style.Payment:
Upfront payment for the full price.
Refunds are available until I submit the WIP of line art (more info below!).Cancellation:
In rare circumstances, I may reject your commission order if I think I will not be able to produce satisfactory work (e.g. the artstyle you requested is too far from my artstyle, etc). In that case, I will refund the full price through your payment method.
You can always contact me BEFORE submitting a commission order to discuss and agree on the details. This would ensure I can definitely take on your commission!Mode of contact:

After I accept the commission, I will update you on the progress at each stage (sketch+rough colors -> line art -> final render). You can expect to receive the final artwork in several weeks to a month, depending on the type of commission and the contact frequency. If it takes longer, I will let you know!Revisions:
I accept free revisions until I submit the WIP of the line art! After we agree on the line art, I can't accept revisions.Refunds:
Any ongoing commission can be fully refunded by contacting me until I submit the WIP of the line art. After we agree on the line art, it can not be refunded. If you want to cancel the commission, please let me know as soon as possible before I start working on it!Using the commissioned piece:
You're free to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial use (including posting on socials, sharing with friends, profile picture, etc).
If you want to use the artwork commercially, or in a personal/professional project, please let me know before you order your commission so we can discuss!I may use the work as a commission example on my socials. If you don't want me to post it on my socials, please let me know.
Don't sell my art to other people claiming you made it.
Don't feed my artwork to generative AI.The terms are subject to change at any time.

Reposting on SNS/websites:

・Don't use my art on your profile without permission. Do ask me first, and I will likely say yes!
・Credit me somewhere on your profile/bio if possible.
・Don't edit it too much: crops and filters are fine, but don't overlay on other arts/feed to generative AI, etc.
・Don't harass other people while using my art for your profile picture/banners.

・Don't repost my art without permission. Do ask me first, and I will likely say yes!
・Credit me somewhere visible and obvious (e.g. in the captions, replies, descriptions, etc)
・Don't edit it too much: crops and filters are fine, but don't overlay on other arts/feed to generative AI, etc.
・Don't remove my watermark.
・Don't use my art to harass others.
・Don't use my art to promote any products/to make monetary or any other personal gains.
・Only for socials I have account(s) on (Twitter, Youtube, Bluesky, Pixiv): don't post any art I posted within a month.

Rules for using my videos:

・Credit me (either my Twitter or my YouTube channel) somewhere visible and obvious (e.g. description).
・Reposting my videos is permitted when it's under fair use (e.g. voice over, including foreign language captions/translations, reactions, commentary, video essays, compilation, etc).
・Don't upload my video as it is; you must add your original material.
・Don't remove my watermark.
・Don't use my video to harass others.
・Don't use my video to promote any products/to make monetary or any other personal gains.
・Don't feed my videos to generative AI to generate videos/images/texts.
・I would appreciate it if you could let me know before you use my videos.
